1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to submit content or comments on this Site. Sunday Boyfriend is a platform where users may:

• Submit their own written stories (“Submissions”), optionally accompanied by an image attachment, for editorial review;
• Leave comments on published stories.

All Submissions are reviewed by Sunday Boyfriend’s administrators before publication. We do not guarantee that any Submission will be published, and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, edit for length or clarity, or remove any Submission or comment at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Submissions

3.1 What We Collect

When you submit a story, we request:

• Name or pseudonym (required) — the name or pseudonym you wish to be displayed publicly alongside your story if published.
• Email address (optional) — used solely for internal communication regarding your Submission (e.g., to notify you of publication or to request clarification). Your email address is never displayed publicly and is not shared with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Title of your story.
• Message/body text of your story.
• Image attachment (optional) — an image you wish to accompany your story.

3.2 Moderation

All Submissions are subject to editorial moderation. We may decline to publish any Submission that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Site.

3.3 License Grant

By submitting a story, image, or comment, you grant Sunday Boyfriend a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt (for length, formatting, or clarity), publicly display, and promote your Submission:

(a) on the Site; and (b) on Sunday Boyfriend’s official social media accounts and marketing channels (including, without limitation, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter),

for as long as the Submission remains published, and thereafter for archival and record-keeping purposes. You retain ownership of your content; this license does not transfer copyright to us.

3.4 Your Representations

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• The content is your own original work, or you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it and to grant the license in Section 3.3;
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or does not otherwise violate any applicable law.

3.5 Right to Remove

We reserve the right to remove any published Submission at any time, including after publication, at our sole discretion or upon a valid legal request.

4. Comments

If you leave a comment on a published story, we request your name, email address, and your comment text.

• Your email address associated with a comment is used for moderation and anti-spam purposes and is not displayed publicly.
• You may see a checkbox stating: “Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.”This checkbox controls a browser cookie that pre-fills these fields on your device the next time you comment — it does not affect what is stored on our servers, and it is entirely optional. • Comments are subject to the same moderation standards described in Section 3.2 and may be edited or removed at our discretion.

5. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunday Boyfriend and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including certain consumer protections under EU law).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunday Boyfriend from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Submissions, comments, or violation of these Terms.
